LONGVIEW — The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission this week confirmed agents are investigating a Longview bar after the fatal beating this summer of a man in the establishment\u2019s parking lot. According to KETK and the Longview News-Journal, an investigation is underway for outstanding complaints filed with the agency against Lodge Sports Bar & Billiards. Sean Drake was beaten to death in the Lodge parking lot after closing July 12.
