Alejandro Rene Prieto, 30, of Dallas, was stopped at 11:35 a.m. on I-20 by Texas Department of Public Safety troopers, according to his arrest affidavit. According to the Longview News-Journal, after running his information, troopers said they found Prieto was wanted in Dallas County on charges of possession of between four ounces and five pounds of marijuana and failure to identify a fugitive. Prieto was arrested and troopers found 30 pounds of marijuana in the back of Prieto\u2019s SUV, according to his arrest affidavit. He was charged with possession of between five and 50 pounds of marijuana, according to his booking report.
