Craig Lee Bice pleaded guilty in Tyler to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine before U.S. Magistrate Judge John D. Love. According to information presented in court, on November 17, 2010, Bice was found to be in possession of 97.25 grams of a mixture containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it to others in East Texas. A federal indictment was returned on April 11, 2012, charging Bice with federal drug crimes. Bice faces at least 5 years and up to 40 years in federal prison.
