KETK reports Todd Edward Jacobs, 44, will stand trial for allegedly conspiring to burn down a drug recovery center in Tyler. Jacobs is also accused of attempting to hire someone to kill his co-conspirator so he could not testify against him. Jacobs was indicted in June.
