It happened just after 2:00pm on Wednesday, at the intersection of Loop 323 and Van Hwy.  Tyler Police tell KETK a woman was driving northbound on Loop 323, attempting to turn onto Van Hwy. However, she allegedly did not yield the right of way to a vehicle heading southbound on the Loop.  The southbound vehicle struck the woman&#8217;s car, which in turn hit three other vehicles stopped at the light on Van Hwy.  Four vehicles had to be towed from the scene.  Four people were taken to local hospitals with minor injuries.
