NACOGDOCHES COUNTY \u2014 The Nacogdoches Sheriff\u2019s Department deputies are working to identify the man who reportedly raped a woman in her home during the early morning hours of October 1. According to KETK, the victim was asleep in her home just outside the city limits of Nacogdoches when she was awakened around 3:00 by a man sexually assaulting her. He left the home after the assault. She called the police. Authorities are not sure how he got into the home but think maybe he possibly used an unlocked door.
