According to KETK, Brownsboro, Coffee City, Westside and Henderson County emergency crews all responded to County Road 317 around 7:30 after a report of a head-on collision in Chandler. Three vehicles were said to be involved, leaving three people injured. Two were flown to a Tyler hospital in critical condition. Another person was taken by ambulance.
