The new world record for most people making spring rolls simultaneously is 327 and was achieved by Team Ross in Tyler on September 2.  That&#8217;s according to the Guinness World Records website.  The spring rolls made were Filipino &#8220;lumpia&#8221;; each contained ground pork, dried onions, dried garlic, dried red pepper, and salt.
