An emergency item was added to the agenda of Tuesday&#8217;s Commissioners Court meeting calling for removal proceedings for former ESD #2 head Mitch Henderson. Henderson resigned his position in July but has been attending meetings since state law allows so-called &#8220;holdover&#8221; attendance until a new person is named or elected.
