Sipriano Relles pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine before U.S. Magistrate Judge Judith K. Guthrie. According to information presented in court, on February 20, Relles was found in possession of approximately 66.9 grams of actual meth, which he intended to deliver in and around the East Texas area. A federal grand jury returned an indictment on April 11, charging Relles with federal violations.
