Sipriano Relles pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine before U.S. Magistrate Judge Judith K. Guthrie Tuesday. According to information presented in court, on Feb. 20, Relles was found in possession of approximately 66.9 grams of actual meth, which he intended to deliver in and around the East Texas area.  A federal grand jury returned an indictment on Apr. 11, charging Relles with federal violations.
