Carmel Foster has pleaded guilty to all charges against her, according to the Smith County District Attorney\u2019s Office. KETK reports that Foster\u2019s sentencing is set for August 31 at 9:00am. She remains in the Smith County Jail. Foster was accused of injecting an unknown substance into a woman\u2019s breast during an illegal breast augmentation, after which the victim was hospitalized. She was charged with practicing medicine without a license.
