Detectives obtained warrants from County Judge Joel Baker charging Choice with two counts of aggravated assault. The victims have been identified as Reginald Pullum and Victoria Ferguson. Pullum is listed in serious condition at Mother Frances Hospital. Ferguson was treated for non-life threatening injuries. The shooting happened around 9:45 Sunday night in the street in the 1000 block of West Shaw.
