Shelby, a Camp County native, died in a Dallas hospital on May 10; his body is being held in a local morgue. His three children say their father signed a document giving them permission to have his body cremated, though his last wife, Cleo, said the document was a forgery.  <\/p>\n<p>Shelby&#8217;s son and Cleo Shelby&#8217;s attorney told The Associated Press on Monday that they&#8217;re close to finalizing a settlement. They say his remains will be cremated, then divided five ways among his children, his wife, and burial at a family plot in East Texas.
