Surveillance video from the clinic shows two people in a pickup truck driving up to the West Tyler Veterinary Clinic on the 13000 block of Hwy. 64 West just before 6:00 a.m. June 28 and dropping off two male kittens in a box.  Officials with the clinic say that they get illegal dumps all the time, and their business is not intended to be a drop-off spot.  Veterinarian Shelley Williams tells KETK that the clinic neutered the kittens, and they were adopted later that day.
