LUFKIN \u2013 The body of a pedestrian killed in a Lufkin accident has been sent to Beaumont for autopsy. The Department of Public Safety says the accident happened just before 1:30 Thursday morning on U.S. Highway 59 near Corley Fenley Road. They are still trying to identify the victim.
