Arrested at a Jacksonville motel, where he had been staying, was Ricky Lee Schakosky, 26. He was arrested on outstanding warrants. Inside the trunk of his car, authorities recovered batteries and some other oil field equipment that had been taken from oil sites in Cherokee and Houston Counties.
