According to KETK, Foster\u2019s trial will take place July 9 in the Smith County 7th District Court. She\u2019s charged with two counts of practicing medicine without a license. Foster owns the Queen Divas salon in Tyler, where the injections allegedly took place. She faces up to 10 years in prison as well as a $10,000 fine if she is convicted.<\/p>\n<p>On February 19, Tyler Police were contacted by family members of a victim who stated that she had a breast augmentation (by injection) procedure performed on both her breasts on February 15, in Tyler. The victim, a Longview resident, was admitted into a hospital for severe chest pains. Tyler Investigators determined that the procedure was conducted for a fee in a back room of Queen Divas Hair Salon and Spa, located at 102 E. Martin Luther King Street, in Tyler.
