Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Eric Nieves said a small cargo truck was involved in a wreck with a pickup shortly after 6:15 Monday morning in a construction zone in the eastbound lanes of I-20.<\/p>\n<p>According to The Longview News-Journal, the cargo truck struck the worker while pulling onto the roadway\u2019s shoulder.
