The Texas Department of Public Safety reports the accident happened about 8:30 Friday evening on Recreational Road 255, about a mile east of the Neches River and about 120 miles northeast of Houston.<\/p>\n<p>Jasper County Justice of the Peace Freddie Miller tells the Beaumont Enterprise the dead are Christopher Lemond Douglas, 28, Stacey Rae Henry, 37,  Tyra Moye, 13, and Tiara Moye, 11. DPS Trooper Lester McCray says the Woodville residents were in a sport utility vehicle Douglas was driving when it slammed into an oncoming pickup truck.<\/p>\n<p>The truck driver, Bryan Paul Baker, 49, of Kountze, is listed in stable condition at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JASPER (AP) \u2014 Four people are dead after a head-on collision of two vehicles on a dark recreational road in East Texas.
