It was a hearing to determine the status of her mental health. The Chapel Hill woman was found not guilty of stoning her sons in 2003, by reason of insanity. Two of the boys died, a third was permanently injured. The 43-year-old was ordered to the Kerrville State Hospital, which is a maximum-security inpatient treatment facility in Kerr County.
