Drivers wishing to travel between Gilmer Road and Pine Tree Road should use alternate routes.  The purpose of the project is to replace the deteriorated metal culvert at Reel Road and Harris Creek with concrete culverts.   The closure will be effective through mid-August.   This project is being constructed by East Texas Bridge of Longview.
