On Thursday, investigators from the Van Zandt County Sheriff\u2019s Office along with the Constable of Pct. #4 received information in reference to stolen items at a location north of Ben Wheeler.   When officers arrived, they located a man who was out on bond for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon from the Van Zandt County Justice Center.  The man was identified as Timothy Layne Simpson II, 29, of Brownsboro.  Officers say they found that Simpson was again in possession of a firearm.  Authorities say the property was taken into evidence, to be returned to Henderson County.
