According to KETK, in Nacogdoches County Tuesday, the jury forewoman said after just under four hours of deliberations, three votes and much discussion, there was no hope of reaching a unanimous verdict. Following a motion by Skidmore\u2019s attorney, Gene Caldwell, Klein declared a mistrial, paving the way for another trial at a later date.
