The 20-page report outlines the financial status of the City and highlights new programs and achievements from 2011. \u201cBecause city revenue has continued to be lower than anticipated, we again made the decision to forgo printing the 25,000 copies of the annual report that we have printed in past years,\u201d commented Mayor Barbara Bass. \u201cBy choosing to publish the report electronically, we have saved nearly $10,000.
