Michael Chambers, 66, was arrested around 9:00 Tuesday evening by DPS trooper Sean Waterman after his truck went off County Road 165 in Tyler and hit a tree. According to KETK, he was not injured in the accident. After Trooper Waterman arrived on the scene, Chambers was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
