According to KETK, around 12:45 Wednesday morning, Rusk County deputies made a traffic stop on County Road 172 in Kilgore. The driver, Gerald Hosea Gibson, 35, of Kilgore, was pulled over for alleged failure to signal a turn. According to authorities, during the stop, officials discovered Gibson was driving with an invalid license and no insurance. Dispatchers also informed the deputy on scene that Gibson had an outstanding warrant. Gibson was arrested for the active warrant.<\/p>\n<p>While searching Gibson\u2019s vehicle, authorities say they found a prescription bottle with no label, containing 29 hydrocodone pills. Gibson\u2019s vehicle was impounded to a local wrecking yard, and he was taken to the Rusk County Justice Center.
