According to KETK, on Friday, Lufkin police arrested Juan Homero Hernandez, 38, at his home in the 900 block of Moore Avenue. Hernandez is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child. His bond is set at $250,000.<\/p>\n<p>The victim first disclosed the assault to her school principal, who told her mother. The child&#8217;s mother then filed a report with the Lufkin Police Department, according to an arrest affidavit.
