According to KETK, city employees would work four, 10-hour days under the proposal put forward Tuesday by City Manager Scott Sellers. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cCost savings alone do not justify to moving to a four-day work week,\u201d said Sellers, who estimated energy bill savings of $6,900 by not opening Fridays. \u201cTwo of the four communities I\u2019ve worked for in the past have been on 4\/10s, and I have seen the increase in productivity.
