The 38-year-old was sentenced Monday to life in prison without parole for killing five DaVita Dialysis patients by bleach injection in April 2008. According to the Lufkin Daily News, she\u2019s now attempting to overturn the ruling. Following the brief hearing, Saenz was taken back to the Angelina County Jail, where she will remain prior to prison transport.
