NACOGDOCHES \u2014 Nacogdoches officials have arrested one person in connection with an injury to a child incident that was reported on March 22. According to KETK, police took Jerome Mansfield Tyler, 23, Nacogdoches, into custody Monday morning at his home. He is charged with causing injury to a one-year old girl that was in his care. Tyler is the boyfriend of the child\u2019s mother. Authorities were first called to a report of an unresponsive child at an apartment in the 100 block of Old Line Drive. The child was found with a head injury and was taken to a Houston hospital for treatment.
