Tamara Lynn Olivares pleaded guilty to possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine Thursday in Marshall before U.S. Magistrate Judge Roy S. Payne. According to information presented in court, on August 14, 2010, Olivares purchased cold pills containing pseudoephedrine at a CVS store in Marshall with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Olivares admitted to possessing between 100 and 300 grams of pseudoephedrine. Olivares was indicted by a federal grand jury on August 4, 2011. Olivares faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
