The body of Martha Caselin Ramirez, 42, of Jacksonville, was found in a wooded area on County Road 4201 near Jacksonville. She appears to have been shot at least twice. <\/p>\n<p>Jose Diaz Perez, 48, Jacksonville, was arrested after he called 911 to report that he had just shot someone. They believe the shooting occurred inside his pickup.
