Lesa Ann Rasure, 54, of Sulphur Springs, has been indicted for unlawful use of an unauthorized access device. If convicted, she faces up to 10 years in federal prison. This case is being investigated by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Richard J.
