It happened on Maynard Street around 2:00 Thursday afternoon. Police identify the victims as Sofia Carillo, 54, Tomavia Carillo, 19, and an 18-month old boy, whose name has not been released. All three were Diboll residents. Investigators say the SUV either stopped or stalled on the tracks.
