TYLER \u2014 CPS has taken custody of a toddler and her two siblings after her feet were severely burned by hot water in a bathtub in her parent\u2019s Tyler home. The two-year-old girl was taken to ETMC last Tuesday by ambulance and later transferred to Parkland Hospital in Dallas for treatment of burns. According to KETK, the child was released from Parkland Hospital on Tuesday and remanded into CPS custody.<\/p>\n
