Bradford had originally been hospitalized in critical condition following what\u2019s termed a botched breast augmentation procedure. <\/p>\n<p>The case involves a salon owner accused of illegally injecting women with an unknown substance. Carmel Foster, 38 (pictured), the owner of Queen Diva\u2019s Hair Salon and Spa in Tyler, remains jailed in Smith County on $200,000 bond on two charges of practicing medicine without a license. The FDA has been working to confirm what substance was used in the injections as part of Bradford\u2019s breast augmentation.
