Cedric Earl Oliver, 42, of Karnack, admitted to possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and cocaine during a hearing before United States Judge Rodney Gilstrap Monday morning.<\/p>\n<p>According to information presented in court, Oliver was responsible for the distribution of approximately 350 grams of crack cocaine and 170 grams of cocaine in the Eastern District of Texas on about May 1, 2009. A five-count Second Superseding Indictment was returned on November 2, 2011, charging Oliver with federal drug and firearms violations. Oliver faces a term of imprisonment of not less than 10 years and up to life in prison, and a fine up to $10,000,000.
