Dead is Saul Moreno, 28. The accident happened Thursday night on Loop 287. Lufkin police say the SUV had run out of gas. Moreno\u2019s six passengers, his wife, four children and mother-in-law, were slightly injured. The driver of the truck that hit Moreno, Gordon Getro, 58, of Lufkin, was hospitalized with non life threatening injuries.
