Robert Davis, 54, of Shreveport was stopped for speeding near mile marker 584 on Interstate Highway 20. <\/p>\n<p>The arrest report said Davis stopped, but when the officer went back to his car to run Davis\u2019 license plate. He sped away. He was stopped a few miles away. When the officer got of his car, Davis fled again. The third time he stopped, officers say he had to be pulled from the SUV.
