Authorities had been alerted that a suspect in the theft of the Cessna 182 had ties in Nacogdoches County. They began watching the municipal airport as well as private airstrips. Around 4:00 Monday afternoon, the plane landed at a private airstrip off county Road 536. The suspect, Terry Boozer, 55, was arrested after a brief chase from a nearby building.
