The accident happened shortly before 2:15 Sunday morning at the intersection of South Broadway and Front Street.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators say officer Ayasha Eddins was southbound on Broadway when pickup driven by Danny Charles Harper, 29, of Tyler, ran a red light and hit Eddins\u2019 patrol car. She received minor injuries.
