David Lee Patterson, 24, had been on the job for three years and was a Corporal when he was terminated. Officials said Tyler police had responded to several complaints at Patterson&#8217;s residence. Authorities say one of those complaints included a report of shots fired. Patterson was arrested Friday and charged with assault causing bodily injury and interfering with an emergency call.
