Heather Terry of Huntington, a former Palmer Dental employee,  is out of the Angelina County Jail on a collective $20,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>In the last year, Terry allegedly wrote prescriptions using fraudulent authorization from Dr. Amy Ross and Dr. David Palmer. According to Lufkin Police, at least two of the four counts involve prescriptions for the drug hydrocodone.
