The TJC Alert Notification System will be used when weather or security issues warrant immediate notification of TJC students and employees.<\/p>\n<p>The service is available to all faculty, staff and students of TJC. It offers the opportunity for TJC to send notification to subscribers via cellphone text, e-mail and voice-mail.<\/p>\n<p>Though the service was first announced to faculty and staff during the fall semester as \u201copt in,\u201d new State legislation requires that employees and students be included in such a system beginning with the Spring 2012 semester.
