Randall Craig, 62, of Aurora, Colorado, pleaded guilty on May 19 to failure to file a federal income tax return. He was sentenced yesterday to 12 months in federal prison by U.S. Magistrate Judge Judith K. Guthrie.<\/p>\n<p>Federal prosecutors say Craig failed to file a tax return for 2003, when he had gross income of just over $212,000. The tax loss for that year was $51,882.00.
