(Melinda Sue Gordon\/Universal Pictures)<\/figcaption><\/figure><p><em>The Odyssey<\/em> continued its journey at the box office this weekend, coming in at #1 again with $87 million in its second week of release.<\/p><p>Christopher Nolan\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Mzw2ttJD2qQ\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">adaptation<\/a> of Homer\u2019s epic poem has now made $286.4 million domestically and $639.6 million globally. The film stars Matt Damon as Odysseus, alongside a star-studded cast including Anne Hathaway, Himesh Patel, Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson, Zendaya and Charlize Theron.<\/p><p>In at #2 this weekend&nbsp;was the live-action <em>Moana<\/em> with $10.5 million, followed by <em>Toy Story 5<\/em> with $10 million.<\/p><p>The only new releases to crack the top 10 were <em>Hadestown: The Musical<\/em> at #4 with $9.7 million and <em>Motor City<\/em> at #9 with $1.6 million.<\/p><p>Here are the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boxofficemojo.com\/weekend\/2026W30\/?ref_=bo_hm_rw\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">top 10<\/a> films at the box office:<br \/>1. <em>The Odyssey<\/em> -- $87 million<br \/>2. <em>Moana<\/em> -- $10.5 million<br \/>3. <em>Toy Story 5<\/em> -- $10 million<br \/>4. <em>Hadestown: The Musical<\/em> -- $9.7 million<br \/>5. <em>Minions &amp; Monsters<\/em> -- $9.6 million<br \/>6. <em>The Invite<\/em> -- $2.64 million<br \/>7. <em>Evil Dead Burn<\/em> -- $2.61 million&nbsp;<br \/>8. <em>Young Washington<\/em> -- $1.99 million<br \/>9. <em>Motor City<\/em> -- $1.6 million<br \/>10. <em>Obsession<\/em> -- $1.5 million<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><em>Disney is the parent company of ABC News.<\/em><\/p><p>Copyright \u00a9 2026, ABC Audio.
