A preliminary investigation revealed that the crash occurred on July 4 at around 11 p.m. on FM 2064 near State Highway 135 involving a Jeep Grand Cherokee. DPS confirmed the identity of the driver as 18-year-old Guadalupe Moreira.<\/p>\n<p>Officials believe Moreira veered off the roadway and struck a tree, causing the car to catch fire.
