According to our news partner KETK, an indictment filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, four individuals are facing federal charges stemming from the June 2 raid at Ximena\u2019s Furniture. The charges include:
\n*Conspiracy to transport illegal aliens
\n*Trafficking in false identification documents
\n*Conspiracy to commit money laundering<\/p>\n
Three suspects, Virginia Gamez Ponce Valdivia, Keyla Stacy Valdivia Gamez and Arturo Alcantar-Perez, were taken into custody earlier this month. On Friday, authorities arrested the fourth suspect, Guillermo Limon-Sanchez, in Travis County, where he is currently being held on a federal detainer. <\/p>\n
In the redacted indictment, prosecutors allege the defendants conspired to harbor and transport illegal aliens, operating a coordinated scheme to conceal individuals who were unlawfully present in the United States.<\/p>\n
They are also accused of conspiring to conduct financial transactions tied to criminal activity, including moving more than $10,000 in funds believed to be derived from the harboring operation.
