MARSHALL \u2014 A former Harrison County deputy is arrested for a second time after new sexual assault charges are brought against him. Harrison County Sheriff Tom McCool says a third person has come forward and accused former deputy Eddie Nichols. \u201cWe don\u2019t know where that\u2019s gonna end, says McCool. \u201cThere could very well be other allegations brought.\u201d Nichols and his wife, Sharon, were both arrested and charged with indecency with a child earlier this year. Following the latest arrest, Nichols was released on $100,000 bond.
